I once visited a town in Scotland that was near a fudge factory and the entire town smelled (or is it smelt) of hot fudge! That's not a joke, it really did smell of fudge...even the toilets!
I know what you mean. I used to live in Pennsylvania, and once, while we were driving else where, we passed through Hershey, PA. You know Hershey, right? As in Hershey's Kisses, Hershey's Milk Chocolate bar, etc., etc., ad infinitum? Well, Hershey, PA is the world corporate HQ for Hershey's. The whole town was awash in that sour-sweet smell of unrefined cocoa. I've only been the nauseated once before in my life. But, mein Freund, is a story for another day…
